my younger brother, Gio, received my medal

Congratulations to the graduates of 2010!

Graduation Celebration

My parents wouldn't let my graduation pass without a celebration. So mommy, with my suggestions of course, planned the dinner cruise. I wanted to invite almost all my batchmates. It just so happened that the cruise coincided with the batch party - Elusive. That's why I didn't bother asking all my friends if they would like to be with me onboard. I just asked Tribo plus Jeanne Dela Rosa, Maan Marqueda and Arisa Watanabe. The dinner cruise went so well, with the band serenading us and the photography club that took pictures of us beautifully.

THE BEST

I've listed down the 5 Things That Summarized My High School years. These 5 too are the things I would miss once I continue on with my college.

1. TRIBO

For 4 years, I was with these amusing, boisterous, unconstrained, laid-back, straightforward, brutally frank, cunning, humorous, creative, remarkable, carefree, hard-headed girls. I would forever love them!!

1st Year

2nd Year

3rd Year

4th Year

Jerone, Karen, Vary, Verlyn, Jana, Angel, Cheska, EJ, Riva, Charlene

2. My batchmates

I couldn't, and wouldn't, imagine myself belonging in a different batch. Ever since 1st year, I've known that my batchmates are far different from what others expected of us.

3. My Favorites

My closest friends in our batch: Maan, Icha, Jeanne. I love them!!
4. Being a bus rider

I've been used to hearing my bus Manong shout every dismissal time. I guess I'm Manong Jeff's favorite pasahero :> HAHA I would miss how my friends always tried to hide me from him whenever he went searching for me every dismissal time. He's the best Manong driver!!

I realized, I never got to take a picture with Manong Jeff! Lame.

5. Cheering (Intrams)

First Year

Second Year

Third Year

Fourth Year

I've been part of the Cheering Squad of the batch since first year. I've given almost all my effort and time just to pull off a performance worthy of being called the Champion every year. From 2nd year to 4th year, I was called and referred to as the Batch Cheerleader :">

OVER DUE

It's not that I became negligent in continuously blogging the recent happenings. It's just that, my computer got infected by an unknown virus which had deleted the entire memory. I don't like to get into the details of the error in my CPU. Anyway... I would post all the blogs which have yet to be posted (as promised to my friends). Let me just re-arrange the pictures and re-edit the blogs. For starters, allow me to post these.

I've been a fan of all Paris Hilton's scents. (And a fan of her, as well) That's why I'm looking forward to having her 5th and 6th scents. I would be very much grateful to whoever would be generous enough to give any of the two to me :D

Dream Team

Broadway had been presented yesterday. Still, I couldn't get over with its aftermath =)))))))))) We practiced for 3 days, prepared the props for less than 5 days, and had TDR not even once. So how did I possibly believe our class can do justice to Wicked? Simple. I just let everyone do their own thing. We were never even complete during any of our 3 practices. Not that I could blame them. I didn't even do any reminding. I just let everyone do their own thing. During our last practice though, which happened right after our 4th quarter exams and a day before our Math exam, my hope alleviated upon seeing the finish product. It was actually good. Hahaha. On the day of the actual presentation, I found out that our preparations weren't enough and that I wasn't able to push my classmates enough as well. Oh well, there's no room for any regrets now. Our Broadway turned out to be good, in a very very weird sort of way. I'm not blaming anyone for whatever had happened. After all, I just let everyone do their own thing.

I want to thank everyone in my class for putting up with all the instructions I gave. You all did a good job!! Especially on the costume department ;) Thank You to those who attended all 3 practices thus making my life easier: Jana Rodriguez, Jaslee Mendoza, Jerica Rivera, Lexie Reyes, Christine Verzosa, Angeli Anastacio, Janica Barrera, Karen Soledad, Louizel Pinoy, Steph Patricio, Alex Mejia. There are some of my classmates whom I would like to thank personally because of the extra effort they had exerted: Lexie Reyes, Angeli Anastacio, Shiela Pilar and Vanessa Tan. Lastly, thank you big big time to Cha Valeriano :> I couldn't come up with a, uhm, good production without you guys!

Wicked

We barely have 6 more weeks before we could finally say goodbye to High School. But before we could finally bid the most-awaited farewell, we have to come up with a stunning Broadway Production. I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't be involved in any class production the entire school year. I was good in keeping up with it until a week ago - I couldn't shrug off the responsibility put on my shoulder. I was tasked to direct our Broadway, which I halfheartedly embraced. Our class would do Wicked. I've exerted quite a remarkable effort on it already so I guess I couldn't anymore say I'm doing this halfheartedly. I'm actually starting to enjoy undergoing the pressure. This is my last chance in High School, my last energy-draining stunt. (One thing I'm complacent about though is that, I know my classmates could pull this Broadway off)

Everyone deserves the chance to fly...

Women's shoe with tall heel

I searched for the meaning of high heels and I came up with these: women's shoe with tall heel. So when my classmates and I wore our heels in school last 1 February, I couldn't fully grasp why some teachers couldn't stand seeing us in them when in fact, they required us to wear high heels. I was even warned personally never to wear my heels in school again. Until I was informed that there were rules which were set prior to the day of wearing them. I thought that the only requirement to meet was to show up in heels. I was wrong. Plain black shoes and unfashionable heels are the only heels accepted.

I had worn pumps inside the campus as part of my uniform, imagine that :))
