Last 8 November, we flew to Thailand for our firsthand experience of how retail marketing works in a country that's different from ours. We stayed there until the morning of the 13th but for the purpose of proper documenting, I'm going to divide our Thailand trip into different posts. (And so that my friends would have a reason to visit here every other day. Yup, I'm forcing you guys! Hahaha) Like how I usually prepare for every trip I go to, I set my expectations at its highest. Why won't I when I was given enough reasons to do so? It's my first time to travel with friends alone, without any supervision of the adults. Our professor was there, alongside the head of the travel agency whose services we availed of, but the moment we touched down in Bangkok, the line that says there's authority was obliterated. Others went wild. Others remained in control. Others turned on their bitch mode. Others went out of their way to be friendly. As for me and my team, well, we focused on our team building. (Yes, I'm trying to be sarcastic.) More photos and extensive stories will follow, I promise!
