Team Building in Thailand - Night Life 2

We couldn't put Hannah's bikinis to waste so we slipped in them and jumped into the pool. Swimming for dummies. Or rather, two swimmers and a dummy. Unfortunately, I am the dummy as I wasn't able to swim any farther from my square.

Team Building in Thailand Day 3

The best day of our trip took place in Chatuchak Weekend Market. There were plenty of stalls that were selling unique and fun pieces and there were lots of food stalls at almost everywhere you go to. I don't have a stomach brave enough for street food but when it comes to trying out new dishes, who cares right? Whenever I'd go missing from the group, that's either because I've been sampling some street food or I've been haggling with the salesperson. My groupmates and I enjoyed gallivanting around, satisfying the tourist-craving that we all had. We tried the authentic Thai milk tea and the Pad Thai that was offered by the market. Generally, I love Thai food! Anything spicy makes me want to eat and eat. If there was any discomfort I felt for that day, well, it was due to my stomach. I've an easily upset stomach, remember? Haha! But other from that, there's the great sun that was draining our energy. I dislike staying under the sun for a long time but for this adventure, I happily ignored it. So what if the sun was directly shining above us? So what if we were sweating profusely? So what if we didn't even know which road to take and what mode of transportation to ride on? Wasn't these the main idea of the trip? To not be sure and commit plenty of educating mistakes? To get lost and find our way home? And to make sure that no one was left behind? I'd say, this was a successful mission :)

Team Building in Thailand - Night Life

Hannah and I went through the night with only one thing in mind: "we've to accomplish something tonight". By accomplish we meant, we had to do something that is, for the first time in our trip, normal. (No more inside joke. I'm just sounding so weird) Haha! We went to Khao San Road like the rest of our classmates did. The place was jampacked and everywhere we looked, there were people dancing or drunk-dancing, whatever was more appropriate. I would've loved to call this night as the most memorable part of the entire trip but I couldn't since it also marked the start of a few disappointing and frustrating events. But overall, this had been the closest we could ever be to Hangover II. I wish I could share the pictures here but like what we've agreed, what happened in Bangkok, would stay in Bangkok. Nevertheless let me share the photos where we all still look completely sane ;)

Team Building in Thailand Day 2

Our only task for the day was to attend the talk hosted by Krispy Kreme Bangkok. It was so cool listening directly to the couple behind the franchise of the brand. After, we all brought home lots and lots of free boxes. Yum!

Seeing this dress in the bazaar area beside Siam Paragon hurt my heart so much! Haha! I bought this exact design from Topshop at its full price and when I asked the saleslady its price, she said it was 1500Baht, only around P2500. A good and cheaper imitation.
