Last saturday, I was in the mall in the afternoon with my best friend Karen Soledad. (Jerone and Vary, where were you?!) Being her usual self, she was so sweet to give in to my request matched with batting eye lashes. It's important to have friends. But it's more important to keep confidantes or those persons whom no matter what, they won't sell you to others. So far, I know only a handful of that kind of person.  Karen is definitely one of them. When it comes to my favorite virtue, which is loyalty, I know no one who does it better than her.

When It Rains...

As I was readying for school, it was raining. Thinking that it would rain the entire day, like what happened the day before, I slipped on my trusty rubber boots. I wanted to have a reason to wear them to school that's why as soon as the first rain drop poured, I decided that it was the right time already. When I stepped out of the house though, the sun started to shine. Fail.

As we were about to leave the place, guess who finally decided to show up in all his hot glory - the Sun! Here's the third part of our weekend getaway.







In the middle of sunshine-filled afternoon, the atmosphere suddenly became misty. Tagaytay was covered with fog!


Everyone still wanted to go someplace so that's just what we did. From Solenad 1 (Nuvali) to Solenad 2 to Paseo de Sta. Rosa. And from each place, I took home some goodies. Thanks to Lola and Mommy! :)

The Angry Birds Club

I truly find my little cousin Rayne so endearing in her boots. I love her to bits and pieces! Besides, she's my only female first cousin living in the country. 

For all the ALDO lovers out there, I have good news for you. The shoe store has opened a branch in Solenad 2. What makes this branch different from the others is the brilliant idea of holding a sale all year round. No kidding, ladies. Sale all year round! Shoe heaven.
