One of the country's pride, Lisa Macuja is retiring from her career as a ballerina. As what she had pointed out in her blog, a dancer's career pretty much has an early, let's just say, "expiration date". She's blessed to have been given the chance to perform even at age 47. And my gosh, she could give other dancers a run for their money when it comes to physique and grace. Sometimes I think, it's because of her that I regret not pursuing classes in ballet. So to show support to her last 3 performances as a dancer, or what she entitled as her Swan Song, my lola and I bullied my mom into buying us tickets for Lisa Macuja's Romeo & Juliet.
Saturday was supposed to be a very busy day for me. I wanted to attend the Fun Run in The Fort with my parents and my little cousin but I wasn't able to lift myself up from the bed so in the end, my parents went without me. I attended my 11 20am class instead and went on with the rest of my plans for the day.

Awww. The Prima Ballerina couldn't help herself from crying. She, as what she'd said in her video, has to let go of Juliet now.
She received a standing ovation. Well - deserved for such a wonderful performance.

This has been my first ever purchase from F&H. Thank God it has a branch in Greenhills, I was able to see that it has good designs. Here's to more F&H purchase in the future! (I know you'll be seeing this, Gio. See, I'm eating my words ;))
