From my previous post, I narrated that in my interview, I blurted out outrageous answers. When I was on my way to school then, all that I was thinking was that, I'm supposed to answer the interviewer's questions at once. One question, one immediate answer. The more casual and candid, the better. One of her questions was, 'Gellie, what do you want to become someday? Why move to Marketing at all?'. I didn't think, I answered almost automatically, "A fashion editor". Now where did that thought come from? Prior to this day, my dreams in life have been shifting from one choice to another so rapidly that I didn't bother remembering my latest choices. So I wonder, did my subconscious decide what path I should take? Was that my subconscious telling me that my inner self is really asking me to be in an industry filled with people who have the same interests as I do? I certainly hope so. Blurting out my dream to be a fashion editor seemed to have solidified my resolve in finding out which job really suits me. I'm wishing that whatever's keeping me on hold at the moment will not so abruptly change just because of my fickle-mindedness. It's free to dream, so dream big I just did :)

| I don't know how to play any musical instrument but I've always always wanted to learn how to play a piano. Earlier this afternoon, my lola purchased one and allowed me to play whatever that I can. Good thing, I know how to read notes. It surprised me and those who were listening to me cause I was able to play various pieces. My favorite was "Memory" from Cats. Can't wait to show you guys a video of me in my first ever attempt at playing this wonderful musical instrument. There's still so much for me to learn and I can't wait to get started |
I was browsing the net last week when I came across this article which has both my icons Joanna Hillman and Marykate Steinmiller. I'm always impressed with their outfit choices. If I could be anyone for a day, I would definitely want to be her! (Or Patricia Field!!!!!)
