“As we speed along this endless road to the destination called who we hope to be, I can't help but whine, 'Are we there yet?'” - Carrie Bradshaw

We spent the entire day shooting for one of the scenes in our project in Marketing. Location: SM Mall of Asia. Whoever said we don't have the guts to strut our stuff in public places is in for a big surprise.

I bruise easily

Photobucket

The following pictures were taken earlier this morning when my family visited my newly born second-cousin Sofia Kirsten in Medical City. Reason for my wearing long skirts even outside school for the past week was, I have nasty bruises all over my legs. I wonder where I got those bruises...

The babies in the ward looked oh so cutie patooties!!!

After, we had our lunch in a Korean restaurant in Macapagal. Next to Japanese food, the Mexican and Korean food follow in my list of favorite cuisines. Until dinner time, I can feel I'm overstuffed.

I knew it. I've to do something with my hair. I've been having bad hair dayssss for the past week.

School Project

Last friday, in the midst of continuous rainfall and strong wind, I was somewhere near Taft where I met with my groupmates. We shot our version of 'Price Tag' inwhich we depicted a politician's life. Hannah and I played the bodyguards.

I wanted to show you the one sitting beside me but because the person doesn't want to be known to everyone, I cropped the picture

Granny Gellie

I'm kind of liking the weather in Manila nowadays - cold. Perfect for my favorite pastime, reading while drinking a cup of hot chocolate.

As for last saturday, since it was raining almost the entire day, I stayed at home and did nothing. I was just at home, watched TV, ate, played tag, finished reading Harry Potter book 5, ate some more, tried to learn how to ride a bike again, and then ate some more. Good lazy day, wasn't it?

Lexie Reyes' VIP Party

At long last, I was allowed to attend a debut of a High School friend after so many months. It felt so good being with the persons who know me, from inside out.

Happy Birthday, Lex!!! :)

The following pictures were taken in Robot Restaurant and Lounge by everyone who brought their cameras that night. I brought mine along but stupid me, I forgot the memory card.

Let me share with you why I was alone in the center. The people who were seated were bullying me :( They said that if I'll throw a party for my birthday next year, I'll only have two visitors, Eliz and Lexie, since they were the only persons whose debut I've attended.

Miley Cyrus Parties in Manila

Just a little interruption from the review of Miley's concert here in Manila:
As I've said in one of my posts, we weren't able to celebrate Mom's Day on the exact date because my mommy was in Seoul (and she really had a wonderful time there. Seoul, I can't wait to see you!!!). This time around, (Happy Father's Day to your dads!) we still weren't able to celebrate dad's day. He and mom are in Palawan at the moment. If not for Miley, my brothers and I would've been there too. Oh well, priorities first. Miley comes first.

Now here's the Miley Cyrus review:

IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! And I tell you, she's a whole lot prettier in person. And very sexy too. Golly, all her costumes were so cool. I think, she sang around 20 songs and to each song, from Liberty Walk to Who Owns My Heart, I was able to sing along. I've to admit I wasn't really able to see her so much on stage. Though I was seated in the Reserved Seating area, along with my brothers and Gio's friends, I had a hard time getting pass the people in front of me. And to think that I'm already standing on my chair! The only thing that saddened me last night was that, my camera wasn't allowed :( Anyway, Miley was really so great that every penny of the money we've paid was worth it.
